8/6/2012       “LOVE, DILIGENCE AND HUMILITY”….

 I am great momma.

 I have learned a lot this week.This week was one of the hardest weeks of my life...But, I am fantastic. I have learned so much about love, diligence, and humility. What we have done today on our P-Day is well we had a meeting this morning and then we played fut. After that well, we are writing right now and in a little bit we have to go and wash clothes.

How have you been? It was freaking hot this week and walking in it doesn’t make it any better with a white shirt, tie, and pants. Ha ha but, it’s so worth it. Like I said, this was one of the roughest weeks of my life.  It’s not that I was being stupid or did something stupid. I had to be more humble and learn from the Lord. It is so hard to do that sometimes. He teaches us in the way that we need to be taught. Even though it’s rough and sucks in the moment but, we learn that He is the only one that is always with us. He is always helping us and giving us strength to keep working hard. He loves us and shows us what we need to do to gain mas(more) trust in him. To have Mas (more)trust in my Padre Celestial(Heavenly Father). That is what I learned this week. It was una semana muy edificante.( a very uplifting week). I have learned a lot but, I have to still keep working hard to learn more. Well we did have 6 people in church again so we were blessed again.

The mom of the family we are teaching read the Libro de mormon(Book Of Mormon) in 2 DAYS!!!!!!!!! I have no idea how but, she did it. She is still learning more. Not ready to get bautizada(baptized) with her family yet. We are still working with her kids and her husband. It’s been great. Also we had another person she is the wife of a member.  She is not a member yet…. She is really progressing fast and wants to bautizarse(baptized)that’s going great.

I am great health wise. I am still eating a ton and staying at 200 pounds. So, I can’t complain. All this week I had been having problems with my Spanish it was so crazy. I had no idea why and I was still waking up at 5:30 to study. I tried to work on fixing the little problems.  I learned that (I) don’t talk when I am teaching, the Lord is talking through me. When I realized that, all the words came out perfect and I never had to even think  about things I already knew. It was totally awesome.

^{7/30/2012               “Good News”.....}

   ^{Good news is, I finally put on some weight and it stayed on so far….YAY! 7 pounds…It’s awesome and I am way excited. It’s called protein and eggs with yogurt every morning and exercise.  I feel really good. I am almost at 200 again. When I got here I weighed 215 pounds. I was at 190 now 197… I am drinking something called leche nido. It’s what they give to bebes(babies) to help them grow and put weight on. So, it has a lot of calories in it.

^{This one is when we told a little kid that his baby had to go to the bathroom he freaked out and ran and put his baby on the toilet. I laughed so hard. He was so funny. Ha ha.....}

    ^{I have to go now. I hope you liked the pictures and the letter.  I will have more info next week. I hope everything is great with the Family. Know that everything is great with me and that I am serving the Lord. I still have a lot to get better at but, it’s possible through fe(faith) and hard work. This week we had 6 people in church. It was awesome. We found them Saturday and they all came Sunday. We are working really hard so we can have some bautismos(baptisms) we have to help the zone progress too. This week we go to Leon and then to Matehuala to have a conferencia(conference) and then my companion and I will worked with other misioneros(missionaries). It’s been great. I have learned so much being a zone leader. The example is so importante(important). I have to keep doing what’s right to have access with the spirit, if I don’t have that, than nothing works. I hope everything is great and that you have a great week. Thanks for everything. Honestly you both have been amazing examples. 
 I have to keep working to become even better.
