Hey family
Como esta?
Pues there has been a little change in the work here in Mexico. I am still here in Leon as lider de distrito pero I am going to train a nuevo...yea I said it… that means pure, pure green....ha ha but, it will be cool. I am so glad my comp is gone he was not a hard worker…and I am glad I do not have to deal with that anymore. I am chilling with the lideres de zona hoy and tomorrow I head to the offices to pick up the new kid. haha I am stoked he is from Mexico so I will still get to work on my español so it all works out. But yea, I get a lot of football news and I heard how crappy they played so It serves them right. They should have been playing the way they played at Texas and it would have all worked out just nice. Ha ha… I really don’t know I have tried to look for things but i really have everything I need right now. And thank you everybody for the letters I got this last week in the package. I loved everything and I can’t thank you all enough it made my day and my week. I heard about your crazy driver the other day mom Be safe…The people who drive here are freaking crazy and I feel like alguien is going to hit us all the time. But stay safe. Also keep my dog healthy. Hopefully she is not sick anymore. I don’t want to come home without my pup. Keep her going. I will keep my pup in my prayers.
We did have a bautismo. It was so awesome. I got to bautise her. She is a helper to a lady that is a member. The older lady has a lot of problems health wise. We always visit this older lady whom is a member, but the helper is not a member and is always there and so we started practiando and boom, she got bautizada ( the helper). It was awesome and I felt the spirit so strong. It helps to have that feeling because sometimes you feel just like crap but others you want to jump up and down because it’s so awesome. haha But rather than that it has been good. I hope you like the pictures momma and the haircut. There are some that know how to cut and others not so much. I toco with somebody that didn’t know how to cut very well. But it’s all good. I hope all is well and know you all are always in my prayers. I love you all.
I really don’t know much about the Christmas call yet. I know I will be in Leon so I can fijar algo. I love you all and I will talk to you next week. Sorry momma that we cant talk back and forth today porque hay cambios. I love you all and thank you for everything

Conversations between brothers
Bro (Connor) I know you have the deseo to serve. I know you say that right now. I said the same thing in the moment. But I did alot of things that were stupid and dumb and I never really thought about it but right now... I look back and say how much of an idiot I was.Hey Chad,
Things are going good here.I know what I want and Im not gonna let anything get in my way of a MISSION...Dont worry... I am happy for myself. I get to do something that actually not very many people get to do and that is.... I get to go serve the Lord for 2 years and come back a better person and then marry someone for eternity. It doesnt get any better than that!
Well anyways, I love you Chad and I hope all is well with you.
I cannot wait until I can serve the Lord... just like you. :)

No momma I did NOT forget you...
I had a tough week this week. We are going to have a bautismo this week but my comp is straight muerto, I cant stand it. He doesn't want to do anything so the work is very slow...I have tried to help him but, he does not want it...
Yes Elder Hadley and I have the same Mission Pres and we are in the same mission. Elder Hadley works about 20 minutes away from where I work and so yea we do get to see eachother a lot..
That’s awesome about remodleing the kitchen. It’s weird too think that the kitchen is going to be a little different, but I see how it is. You get all the cool stuff when the COOL kid is gone. Ha ha. Just joking that’s really awesome momma. But Don’t worry about Connor. You had to have a lot of patiencia wth me so you have to have a lot of patiencia with him. I had a dream where I heard a voice that told me to warn my brother. I had to warn him... He is going to be a great missionary!
My shoes that I have for Sundays are perfect but the ones I have to work in everyday are a little beat up but, its all good thats normal. Momma I really dont need anything for Christmas but ,whatever you want to send me for Christmas is fine....oh yea face wash would be really awesome. haha....

A Dream Concerning My Brother...

Momma,I have been having these dreams about my brother(alot) I need to talk with him.. I will write him an email. I am so sorry Momma but, know that I love you and miss you but ,the Spirit wants me to talk with him. I wish he were emailing me the same time I was emailing you. He is going to fail if he does not stay close to the Savior and on the right path... Hey bro ,I just got home from school...Whats up?
Connor I have one question for you.... What do YOU want in YOUR LIFE? YOUR LIFE not anyone else but (YOU)???
I have to say this before I leave, You need to focus on your family,school, music, job, football and preparing for your mission. I am glad that you want to go on a mission but, you need to start now preparing, you will never have this chance to serve again. Dont fall! I have seen a lot of things about you that the spirit has shown me.Do what is right and always follow the spirit. I love you bro and listen to your family and talk to mom shes a great help... Listen to the talk by Elder Holland it will help. Dont fall like I did. I was a idiot by not listening to my parents. Be stronger and wiser and be aware of things that are going on around you with a open mind.

Momma,
Here's the big letter I promised. I am sorry momma I really am, I know you really enjoy the letters every Monday and I am sorry that I havent sent pictures. I put them on the word doc so, they would load easier and that you could look at them quicker. Ok, I will explain a little bit about the fotos. About the shoes, You asked me to take pictures of my shoes and when you asked me that, my shoes were in the trash. So yes, as a good son, I dug through the trash to take pictures of those shoes. that" I KILLED". ha ha .They were horrible and they about feel apart when I would be walking. I tried to help and use them as long as I could by putting a tissue in them for support but nothing worked. ha ha Yea I know ghetto, but what can I say.
The bautismo I had was awesome. (pictures of bautismo)She has a very big family and 2 of the sisters are members but she was not. So, we are trying to keep working with them to get them all bautizados. The one picture of the misionaros are of my Distrito. The other mexican misionero is the guy you sent the tie to. He has been with me for a very long time and has helped me out in different sitaciones. But, thats the pictures I hope you like them.
Ok, about my week we haven't done a whole lot different. Thats one thing you have to know is that the life is the same momma. Sometimes we have some amazing expeiencias but other times we are just looking for those experiencias everyday. Right now, I think my comp is dying on me. (which means he isnt working hard) He doesnt have that desire to work like he had so I am hoping for changes because, I am so ready to put some fechas on the calendar and have some bautismos. It's been different. I am so used to having a ton of success and having a ton of buatismos but here its alittle different. Sometimes I think my Padre Celestial is humbling me alot by showing me sometimes things arent always the way we want them but, we still have to work for what we want. I was a little sick this week from a cold. I think its because the clima has changed alot. The wind is picking up and its geting cooler so I think my body is adjusting to it. Oh also, I saw Hadley (My first comp in the MTC) he is working in the mission office as a secretario so, I will get to see him alot because he is in Leon. It was kinda cool seeing him and talking about the mish, I cant believe I have 8 months in the mish. Its kinda crazy but, I know its flying fast but I still have a ton to learn about my Spanish and about myself and my Padre Celestial.
Tell Connor to not get involved with girls... Dont go down the same path I did. My Game started dying. My love for everything else started dying too. But ,I made the best decision of my life to be here on my mission... Nothing else matters. I love all of you.... And, know that I am working hard. I have more responsibilidad now but its just more I have to learn. I love you all and I hope you all had a wonderful conference because I know I DID! TELL CONNOR TO STUDY THE TALK FROM ELDER HOLLAND it will help him. And yes, I listened to it all in Spanish. It wasn't a big deal. I could understand it. ha ha... The gift of tounges is real. I love you all and I hope that everything is well with all of you. Have a great week.
